Talk less, listen more.
Obvious, really, isn't it? By rights this page should stop there. Having listened to the issues, ideally from a wide range of sources (and sorry, the marketing department's word is not gospel, other people have a view too), one should add in one's own experience.
Our experience has covered all media and just about every consumer field under the sun, most notably travel, charities, education, luxury goods and consumer electronics.
But we never stop listening and learning.
